The price above includes:

• water, electricity, gas, bed-linen (changing once a week)

Deposits:

The payment of the reservation (50%) must be made by bank transfer or by postal money order (we supply the details under request and afther email confirmation).

When you arrive you must leave a deposit of 100 Euros, which the owner will keep until the keys are returned to him, and if the apartment doens´t show any damages.

The payment must be made in cash and beforehand, when the keys are handedover.

The persons who occupy the apartment must hand over a copy of their identity card.

Domestic animals are not allowed.

Deposits are not refundable.
